Reimbursement Policy

In cases of no trading activity or abuse of our reimbursement policy, Margin1 reserves the right to reclaim any reimbursement fees. Additionally, if you request a withdrawal after a period of inactivity, we may charge an equivalent amount of banking fees incurred or 3% of the total withdrawal amount.

Important Notes

Deposit Verification: In rare instances, your deposit may take up to 5 business days if we need to verify your information or if the funds have yet to be received in your Margin1 account.

Processing Times

For credit card (CC) withdrawals, funds will typically be posted to your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing. Should you encounter any delays beyond this timeframe, please contact us for investigation.

All back-office transfers are processed during standard business hours, from 08:00-18:00 GMT+2 (GMT+3 DST), Monday to Friday
